Refund policy

If you regret a purchase made from us, the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the law. We want the process to be as simple as possible for both parties. When exercising the right of withdrawal, both the seller and the buyer have obligations to follow in accordance with the legal provisions regarding the right of withdrawal. We send information about the right of withdrawal, as well as a withdrawal form, by email to all our private customers with every purchase. We recommend taking good care of the product and its original packaging if you wish to return it safely and securely.

Important points to consider when making a return

To return an item, it must be in unchanged condition and quantity, exactly as it was when it was sent to you. The product must be properly packaged to prevent any damage during return transport to us. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives in good condition and you assume the risk if the product is damaged during return transport.

The product must be returned complete, meaning that accessories, product packaging, inner packaging, etc. must be included in the return. We reserve the right to apply a deduction for depreciation if the condition of the product has changed when we receive it.

If the product is personalized or manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal, right of exchange, and open return do not apply. Sale items cannot be returned.

If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to you as the customer. The refund will be made to the account used for the purchase within 14 days after we receive the return.

Important excerpts from the law regarding the right of withdrawal

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in accordance with the law regarding the right of withdrawal, Article 8, Paragraph 1. If the product cannot be returned by regular mail, we recommend PostNord or another suitable carrier for larger parcels.

If the customer chooses a shipping method other than the recommended one, the customer must cover the cost themselves in accordance with the law regarding the right of withdrawal, Article 24.

The customer must notify us of exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product in accordance with the law regarding the right of withdrawal, Article 21.

The customer must return the product without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of exercising the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law regarding the right of withdrawal, Article 25.

If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, the seller may apply a deduction for depreciation when issuing the refund, in accordance with the law regarding the right of withdrawal, Article 25.

The right of withdrawal applies only to purchases made by consumers and cannot be exercised by companies or other persons acting in the course of business, in accordance with the law regarding the right of withdrawal, Article 1.
